Freedom Blue PPO lets you choose where you receive your care, throughout the Freedom Blue PPO network and the combined Blue Plan Medicare Advantage PPO networks that span counties in 41 states and Puerto Rico, or out of the network anywhere you may travel.
Highmark Senior Health Company is a PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Highmark Senior Solutions Company is a PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Highmark Senior Health Company and Highmark Senior Solutions Company depends on contract renewal.
