Highmark's Fitness Benefit helps you stay active
The Highmark fitness benefit is offered through FitOn Health.
What makes FitOn Health great?
More choices. You can visit large national gyms, small local gyms, and private studios. So no matter where you are or how you exercise, you always have options. And even if your gym isn’t in the FitOn network, you can keep using it thanks to the flexible credit system.
How does FitOn Health work?
Medicare Advantage members or Medigap members enrolled in Whole Health Balance will get 32 credits each month to use for gym memberships and fitness classes. This gives you the freedom to use your fitness benefit where it's most convenient for you, in a way that best fits your lifestyle.
The average gym membership is between 12 and 25 credits per month. For example, if your gym membership uses 12 credits, you'll have 20 credits left for other memberships and classes. Credits reset on the first of every month and can’t be saved for the next month.

How do I know if my gym is in the FitOn Health network?
The great thing about FitOn Health is you can use any gym you'd like, whether it's preferred or extended network. Here's the difference:
Preferred Network Gyms: Gyms that FitOn has agreements with that can be searched for on the post-login screen. Membership cost for these gyms will be displayed in credits and you can sign up directly from the FitOn site.
Extended Network Gyms: Gyms that FitOn does not have an agreement with that will require you to establish a digital debit card in your FitOn account to purchase a membership through the gym's website. See video 1 for assistance. For additional help, please call the FitOn team at 1-855-946-4036.

How can I get started?
You must be enrolled in a Highmark Medicare Advantage plan or a Medigap plan with Whole Health Balance. Once enrolled, you can create a FitOn Health account at FitOnHealth.com/register.. If you're a member and have questions about your FitOn Health benefit, you can call FitOn Health directly at 1-855-946-4036, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
